Last Day in America

Sunday, June 29th, 2008

Ok.

This will be my last post from the US of A.

I am wickid/hella tired, folks.

I’m waiting at LAX for checking in etc. Think I will ahve my suitcase sealed first.

I had a good time here.

On my last day I failed miserably at finding some cool stuff for the peeps back home. LA is way too spread out for that ish. It really sucks.

Went to the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, and watched The Man Who Knew Too Much on the graveyard lawn. It was awesome. really cold, as we (me and Melissa) came sort of unprepared. Regardless, I had an awesome time. Would def’ny go every weekend if I lived in LA.

This will be my last day in America, and it saddens me.

Day 27: LA, I like.

Saturday, June 28th, 2008

It’s spread out like a peanut butter jelly sandwich, but nonetheless I’m liking it. Wish I had more time here.

Day 25: LA, G!

Friday, June 27th, 2008

I have arrived. Hopefully, I have taken my final Greyhound bus. Was yet again a blast. Some woman thought it was a good idea to bring her demon-child on a night bus. I’m not exaggerating here. It really sounded like an alien or a goat on XTC. Scary as fuck. For reals.

2 days here, so I had better get going becoming bigger than James Dean.

Took quite a few photos I am content with, despite the weather. Not complaining, but it is wickid foggy out here, and the light is just kindoa boring for picture-taking.

I am so done with Greyhound. I’m going to kill that dog. Don’t know how yet, maybe dynamite.

Views were stunning, though.

Arrived in San Fran. Tired as hell.

Day 19: America’s Playground

Saturday, June 21st, 2008

So I spent the last day sitting on a cold bus, with cramped seats and crying kids. Yet, it was awesome. Met a dude from Maine and hung out with some people from all over the US, chilling in the back of the bus and at the stations. Good times. So happy for that. Could have been the worst thirty-three hours of my life.

Obviously, I was on a moving bus so excuse the quality of some pics. It’s hard, you know.

Day 16: Austin, TX, Pictures BLACK and WHITE

Wednesday, June 18th, 2008

Some of these pictures I thought looked better in black and white, others I though looked good only in black and white. Let me know what you (Yes YOU!) think.

I love this Mexican’s hard-hat.

look at these assholes

What I have found to be a fact is that these assholes can be found in every major American city in summertime. They freak me out.

When I was jumping over them like a little girl in Charleston, SC, there were three local little girls and they looked at me like I was an idiot. Well what can I say; I’m not from the hood.

Day 16: Austin, TX.

Wednesday, June 18th, 2008

Okay, I have arrived. Shitty busride. Loud ppl and screamin’ kids.

Only here short while so I’m out. Peace.

Day 14 & 15: 2nd Day of New Orleans & Peacing Out Again

Tuesday, June 17th, 2008

Yesterday I took a nice little touristy tour through the swamps of Louisiana. Was afraid it was gonna be lame and filled with old folk. But was good. Capt. Ted is a fine ol’ chap.

Will be peacin’ outta this place again today. Hard to find somewhere cheap to stay in Austin, and its somewhat unfortunate that I will be in Vegas in the weekend, as its way more expensive then. Bullocks.
